Trayd Terms of Service

01Your account

You must be 18 or over, or an apprentice authorised by your employer, to use Trayd. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

02The service

Trayd lets trades businesses manage jobs, staff, leave, scheduling, invoicing, receipts and related records, including an in-app AI assistant. We provide the service "as is" and may add, change or remove features as the product develops. We aim to keep Trayd available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

03Your data and privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where you use Trayd to hold data about your staff, you are the data controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you enter, and for informing your staff about it.

You keep all rights in the data you upload; you grant us permission to process it only to provide and support the service.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Trayd unlawfully, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties outside your own business without our agreement.

05Payment

Trayd is offered on a monthly subscription, billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Fees are stated at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current paid month. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

06Cancellation and termination

You can cancel or delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use Trayd in a way that risks harm to the platform or others.

On termination, your right to use Trayd stops, and we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, including the export window described there.

07Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, Trayd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

You are responsible for keeping your own records as your business and the law require; Trayd is a tool to help, not a substitute for your legal and tax obligations.

08Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Trayd develops or the law changes. We will update the version and date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Trayd after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
